In Consignor you can do mass printing from excel sheets - saved in .xls format.
This example is from this excel layout - in the massprint function you can store profiles that are predefined for a specific layout that can be reused later.
Go to Mass Print Boxes down to the left in CONSIGNOR, right click on the Default list (you can also create lists if you need to work with several lists at the same time)
Choose <Add new profile>
Choose the .xls file in file to import, press the button Preview.
Now all the fields (coloumns) from .xls sheet have to mapped up to a Shipment Field in CONSIGNOR.
The Shipment Field Unknown->Unknown value will be ignored, you can either scroll trough the drop-down menu here or type directly to search.
When all the fields are mapped, you can click OK. Then the profile will be saved for later use and the import will begin.
All the lines from the .xls sheet will be imported, you should delete the first row if this is the 'header' of the sheet. Right click on the line and choose delete.
If you need to change the carrier / number of parcels in the shipment or add weight - just right click in the field and choose edit. When saving the changes you will also be asked if the change should count for all shipments or just the selected.
Before printing all the shipment has to be validated, push this button and CONSIGNOR will work through the list to see if all shipments are valid - when Shipment Status is ready on all shipments the print can be started.
