CONSIGNOR kan be setup to transmitt EDI-Files automaticlly to the carriers
Important to note: Although it is set up automatic transfer, we recommend to check that the transfer has been done. You are responsible for the carrier to receive these files. Reasons for lack of transmission can vary, but there may be network problems, internal firewall, etc. Maybe the program is installed on a laptop and you are in a different place than where you normally find yourself with a different ISP, and that the outgoing mail server is not correct in relation to the internet provider you currently use. Should you discover that the transfer is not approved after you check the points mentioned above. If you still have problems, do create a case for us here in the call center or call your local support number.
- Start Consignor, select 'Outbox' as shown under.
- Right click on the appropriate stack ( Stack 1 on the screenshot )
- Select 'Schedule Time for Transmit'
- Select 'New' and check the box for the days you want, and add the Time. You can add more then one time just press new again.
