If you are missing a product on a carrier in Consignor, you can activate it by going to Setup.
You have to click the + in front of the levels so you can see the carrier (subcarrier).
Right-click on a subcarrier and select Activate product. This will show you a list of available products. Double on a product to add it. It will now be visible in the setup tree. If the list of products is empty, it means that all the products on the carrier are already activated.
NOTE: Some products may need a special contract, so check with your carrier if you are allowed to use it before you start sending packages with it.
