First step is to check that all cabels are pluged in correct.
If you have installed a new printer the first thing you need to do is check that you have added the new printer in CONSIGNOR.
Also check the installation for the icon 'Document printer mapping'
The icon can be on any level in your installation, so go through the hole installation.
If the icon exists you need to add your printere there as well.
If you can find any icons with the name "document printer mapping" in your installation, it can be that CONSIGNOR does see your printer as offline, you can then remove the check that CONSIGNOR runs on every print.
Press Tools -> Options
Select the tab 'Printers' and set 'Check Printer Status' to Never.
