If you have forgotten your password to Consignor Portal, you can easily reset it.
- Click the Reset password link on Consignor Portal:
- Enter your username or e-mail and click SEND. You will receive an e-mail shortly. Click the link in the e-mail to reset your password. The link is active for 3 days, and will send you to a page where you can enter a new password.
Please contact Consignor Customer Service if you have forgotten your login name (can be a user name or email address).
Remember to update your email
If you change your email address it is important to update your profile information in Consignor Portal, in case you ever need to reset your password. If you enter a wrong password more than 5 times, your account will be locked. If this happens, an email with a reset password link will automatically be sent to the email address registered on your profile.
Contact Consignor Customer Service, if your account is locked and your e-mail information is wrong or missing.
