Get started with CONSIGNOR Ticket
When you log in you will be directed through the 'Home'-page.
The search bar
This is the page where you can access the search tool and Customer service's services.
You can find your shipments with order number, customer number, street address, city, name, company name and tracking numbers all in one field.
How to create a shipment
Go to the page 'NEW'. Here you have access to the sub pages: New, Outbox, Batches, Contacts, Settings.
New Here you can create a shipment either by entering information manually, customer register or through an integration.
Tip: Consignor Ticket have validations on required fields, if you are missing information a specific carrier requires you will get a error message when trying to print.
Common fields to use are Name, Street, Country/Zip/City, Order number and Attention.
Create a Shipment
1. Product selection: To change products select the drop down menu on the right side under 'Standard or Return shipment'. Thereafter you can select any product and services.
2. Enter the destination information. Name, address, zip code / city / country is of course mandatory.
3. Enter freight information such as the number of packages, contents of the package size by the size, type of goods, etc.
4. Press Print.
Price calculation If your carrier supports price calculation, a quotation will be calculated automatically. This is based on your sender zipcode, receiver zipcode and the measurements you have filled in.
NB: We take no responsibility for deviations in the price, some carriers may show regular prices and not agreement prices. Contact customer service if you are unsure of your configuration.
Print When you are ready for print the print button is in the top right corner above the carrier settings.
With default settings, Consignor Ticket will open the label in Adobe Reader XI, if Adobe Reader

Transmitting data to carrier This is a crucial step to remember, if the carrier doesn't receive data for the shipments they must handle the shipment manually and they may give you a fee for that. Transfer the data minimum 10-15 minutes before the carrier handles the goods. Transferring data is simply done from Outbox, in here you select the stack you want to transmit (or check 'Select all' to transfer everything at the same time). And then use the button Transmit. You will then be asked if you are sure you want to transmit.
Validations failed ?
When you press print the validations on required fields will show you what you are missing, fill out all fields if you are missing any.
