It is possible to make a tracking URL with variables that can search for shipment data directly on Consignor Portal. This can be useful if you need to provide a link directly to any of your shipments.
This article explains how to construct different types of URLs.
- URL with shipment or parcel number
- URL with order number
- URL to Consignor Portal with a theme
- Specifying language
- Creating short URLs
URL with shipment or parcel number
This URL uses either package or shipment number.
URL with shipment number:
URL with package number:
URL with order number
To search by order number you must include installation key [InsKey] and order number [OrderNumber]. The installation key is your Consignor installation ID. The URL should be constructed like this:
The URL above will search for the main order numbers on shipments. If you want to make a search for additional order numbers, the URL should look like this instead:
You may also include actor ID or PartialMatch. These are optional. Actor ID will limit the search to a given actor on your Consignor installation and can be used to avoid multiple search hits if you have actors that use the same order numbers. PartialMatch should be used if you want a partial match on the search.
URL to Consignor Portal with a theme
If you have a branded version of Consignor Portal with your own logo, you can include this in the URL. You need to know the name of your theme.
You can see the name of your theme by logging into Consignor Portal.
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select Profile from the menu.
- On the first page with your name and e-mail, click More... at the bottom.
- The name of your theme will be in the section Site theme. If you have no special theme it will say Official.
If the added theme name in the URL doesn't exist, the default theme will be displayed.
You can control the language of Consignor Portal in the URL. In this example, the language is specified at the end of the URL:
You can switch between the following languages:
Language can be specified in any of the URLs explained in this article.
Creating short URLs
It's possible to create shorter versions of the URLs. See this example of how to create a corresponding shorter version of a URL:
