In Consignor we use TeamViewer for remote support. TeamViewer is an application that allows us to connect to your machine and perform a remote support task.
You can also access TeamViewer from Consignor by choosing Help > Remote support
When you run the file, the TeamViewer QuickSupport window will open up and look like the example below. Tell Consignor Customer service the 9 digit ID and the password to allow them to connect to your computer (the example below has been anonymized).
