Welcome to Consignor Help Center. This article will help you navigate the new Help Center design in no time. It should be straight forward to use the Help Center but this article will explain it all.

Change the language of your Help Center
Use the language selector in the header to switch between languages:
If you are trying to change the language while viewing an article page that doesn't exist in the language you're trying to change to, you'll be sent to the front page.
Search the knowledge base
Simply start typing in the search field to see suggestions or hit enter to go to the search results.
Browse the knowledge base
Click on a category to expand it and get direct links to sections and articles.
The category structure will be improved over time and new categories will be added for improved findability.
Article pages with navigation menu
All articles now have a menu in the left side with all categories for easy navigation. The current category will be highlighted.

The System Status box will be updated in case of problems with our platforms, schedule maintenance or other important system messages.
Click the Read more... link to go to the new System Status section. Here all system status articles will be posted. You can click the Follow button and automatically be notified on e-mail whenever a new article is published in this section.
Below the System Status box, you'll find the Promoted articles. This contains articles highlighted by the editor. It could be popular topics or topics we want to promote.
This section shows the newest articles (not updated articles) and articles with recently added comments.
Customer Service section
Below the knowledge base, you'll find the Customer Service section with buttons to Submit a request, Call us and Order a new carrier. Use these buttons if you need to get in touch with our customer service.
Call us page with Teamviewer link
The TeamViewer link has moved to the Call us page. Use this link if you are on the phone with one of our consultants and need to start a TeamViewer session to get remote help. You can always find an article with a TeamViewer link by searching for "customer service", "Teamviewer" or "remote support".

Order a new carrier
Order a new carrier now sends you to an article from where you can open the order form. Depending on your location there might be several order forms but simply follow the explanation on the page and choose the appropriate form.
