We have received customer requests for a feature to exclude deleted packages from reports. Currently, Consignor Portal has an option to exclude deleted shipments but in some cases, customers have valid shipments with deleted packages.
We receive many requests for new features from our customers. New requests are sent to our business developers who will evaluate if a new feature should continue to development. The option to exclude delete packages is currently under evaluation.
