Some customers may experience delayed status updates on PostNord shipments in Consignor Portal. This is caused by delayed delivery of return data from PostNord. They have sent us the following service message:
"As you may have noticed the last couple of days the events reported in the status files from us are extremely late. The delays were caused by severe technical issues in a message broker that handles the event flows between some of the components in our systems. Due to the heavy load right now, we lack capacity to decrease the created backlog of messages as fast as we would like. We think and hope that we will be back on track after the weekend.
We are terribly sorry about this situation and want to apologies for the problems this might cause you.
Good news is however that the issues described here are not affecting our track and trace via web site and API.
