We currently have issues with Consignor Ticket, making the service unavailable to some customers. Not everyone is affected. We are working on resolving the problem as soon as possible.

We have identified that the issue relates to Action Center permissions and have temporarily revoked access to it for affected users.
Consignor Ticket access should be restored, but we are still investigating the cause of the issue.

We have restored access to both Consignor applications, where applicable. All issues should be resolved.
