We have received reports from a number of customers who experience errors when trying to access New and Outbox in Consignor Ticket. The problem only occurs occasionally for a selection of customers and is not a general issue. We are currently investigating the root cause and hope to have a solution as soon as possible.
Update June 17, 2019: We are still working on solving the problems. We recommend trying to log out and log in again if you are affected by the issue.
Update June 19, 2019: The problems have been resolved and Consignor Ticket is back to normal.
