We currently have delays exporting shipment data across our platform.
Certain export files are only slightly delayed, while others will be unavailable for an extended period of time (several hours).
We are working on resolving the problem as soon as possible.
Update July 18 09:30: We were able to recover the database cluster and we are in the process of verifying if any files remain to be dispatched.
Update July 18 12:00: The last outstanding files have been dispatched.
