#1 Introduction
Shipment Completion is a functionality that can complete parcels into the same shipment if a similar shipment already exist in outbox. This functionality can be attractive if the freight costs are cheaper if multiple parcels within one shipment are cheaper than multiple shipments.
This functionality is default active by a prompted question, where you are able to check "Remember my answer for all products of this subcarrier (don't ask again)".
#2 How to activate manually
- Step Go to setup in CONSIGNOR, on the desired Carrier / Subcarrier / Product level right click on the right side of the hierarchy and choose New -> Shipment Completion
- Step Choose desired functionalities and press OK.
#3 How to configure existing set up
- Step Locate the Setup Icon, it would probably be located at sub carrier level as demonstrated in the following screen shot. Do a quick check on product level if Shipment Completion is activated, if the same rules should apply then you can delete the icon located at product level and configure the Setup Icon that is located on sub carrier level instead. Once the Icon is located - double click to configurate.
- Step Inside the settings you can choose when Shipment Completion should apply;
- Step If you need to adjust the Equality requirements there are a few requirements that could be added / removed click the Equality requirement button to edit:

- Step mark manual completion
- Step Go to Outbox
- Step mark the shipmens you want / Right Click / Complete selected shipments
- Step Validate
