In Consignor On-premises you can makes some changes based on how you want to use the program. You may want to add a field, delete, move or set a field to be mandatory.
Note: When any changes are done in production, you will be asked where the settings shall account. In Consignor On-premises you can have different layouts on multiple levels. You can see in the example below that we've selected the settings changed shall account for 'All products for actor Consignor On-premises'.
To remove or add a new field you must do the following:
1) Right-click in chosen group, note that every field belongs to a group. In the example below we've chosen to enter the Field selector in the References group:
2) Inside the field selector you can add or remove fields, in the example below we've removed the check box for Attention.
Every field in the production view has its unique property options, you can right click in any field and see the option 'Field properties', in the example below we've chosen to set properties on the field 'Name1':
Inside the field properties, you can configure multiple things. Such as if the field should always be required (mandatory) or not be possible to change (read-only).
You may also configure a enter stop sequence. An enter stop sequence allows for faster usage and you can skip using the mouse pointer to change fields.
The sequence chosen is decided from the arrangement of your fields, if you were to start with PostNo instead of Name1 you can go into field selector and use the arrows to change the order of the fields in that group.
