Sometimes after update import is not able to start, restarting the consignor service may be a solution.
Restarting CONSIGNOR server can be done from a client.
1. Press Tools
2. Press 'Restart consignor server'
3. Press 'Restart Now'
4. Press 'Yes'
5. You will then see a red x in the lower left corner.
6. After 20-30 sec you will see the red x change to a green v. Import will now start again and should be working within a few sec.
