Steps to troubleshoot missing data in Consignor Portal
If you are missing statuses, prices or return data from carrier - please contact your local customer service department.
If you cannot find any shipments on certain dates do the following steps:
1. Open Consignor On-Premies
1.1 Go to Tools -> Consignor Portal Status..)
If the upload is deactivated the window should look like this:
If it is deactivated you can activate the upload by clicking the button Enable Consignor Portal.
If it is active this window should look like the screenshot in point 1.3 in this FAQ.
Confirm by clicking Yes;
Please note that clicking yes will make Consignor On-Premises execute a restart of the server. This will not work if you are not logged in as an administrator.
(If you are not logged in as admin please see this FAQ to restart the Consignorserver properly..)
1.3 When you have clicked Yes, shut down the client and repeat step 1.1 (Tools -> Consignor Portal Status..)
When everything is working properly the connection statuses should say: Connection is succesfully established
Please note that both Shipment and Configuration upload status needs to be established for Consignor Portal to properly show your data.
